St. Heliers “ I have very recently sold 2 properties in St. Heliers under the hammer at auction. Demand here is extremely strong as many properties have views of Rangitoto, Browns Island and Waiheke with easy access to the beach and shops. I don’t consider myself a St. Heliers specialist but have sold in excess of 30 properties there plus I have several other properties coming up for sale soon”.
Kohimarama “ Kohi has arguably the best beach for swimming in the Bays. It lies between St. Heliers and Mission Bay. Kohimarama it has a yacht club, a great cafe and several highly recommended restaurants. Many properties here are one level living situated on flat roads, with a real mix of family homes, apartments and modern townhouses. I have sold many houses in Kohimarama over the years and currently live right next door”.
Mission Bay “My current home is Mission Bay, where I have lived for 8 years in a character 100 year old property - I love it. We can walk to the beach and visit all the restaurants in 5 minutes. Mission Bay offers many apartments and family homes often with superb views. ‘It has a busy vibe, hosts an excellent market with a large grass area for picnics and sport beside the beach. Mission Bay offers easy public transport to the CBD and of course the shopping centre at Eastridge along with a new eater. Having lived and sold here for over 8 years I consider myself a Mission Bay specialist”.
Orakei “ Probably the most underated suburb in the bays, it is characterised with many properties that have superb views out over the harbour and also is very close to Auckland city. It has some of NZ premium homes tucked away and is a short walk from the train station and two boat marinas.
Remuera “Our lovely office is in Remuera and we have a superb coffee machine! UP Real Estate has a huge market presence in Remuera and we sell properties there nearly every week of the year”. Prices remain firm here so if you have a property in Remuera, I would love to talk to you”
